When I called the J&M office to inquire about a new liner, I was impressed from the start. Costumer service was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my initial questions. We were set up right way with, Patrick, who came out and got us started with a detailed quote. The project began a week earlier than expected, which was a plus! Ben, Nathan and Joe took very good care of us! They led us through what to expect and immediately answered any questions we had throughout the process. We are very happy with our new Stardust Grey liner!

J&M Pools performed a remodel of out 18 year old pool and we are very happy with the results! Jacob and Ben have a talented team of professionals that completed everything with the highest quality(even if it took a little longer than we hoped)Alpha and his team of Nathan, Brendon, Leo, Omar, Javier did great work replacing the pool tile, acid washing the pebbletec, installing new lights, cool deck, and basically rebuilding the spa after we discovered a crack in it. Unfortunately posting the photos was beyond my skill. Thank you!
