Came into the store with no appointment and in a rush. Met Michelle who helped me right away with a watch and gift wrapping and acted as if we’d been working together for years. She then helped me find a watch I needed as a birthday gift which was hard to find. Said she’d look for it. I expected to follow up in a couple of days but got a call from her the next day that she found it, two days later it was in the store. She made everything so pleasant and, most importantly for me, SO EASY. I’ll find a reason to come back.
